Our client is looking for a Senior Business Applications Analyst to join our Treasury Management Strategy, Projects, and Applications function. This role plays a critical part in supporting and optimizing a portfolio of enterprise technology platforms that enable treasury operations, with a strong emphasis on SAP Treasury Management solutions.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to treasury and technology stakeholders, providing deep analytical insight, application expertise, and process improvement leadership. This position requires hands‑on experience with SAP Treasury systems, including supporting day‑to‑day operations, resolving complex issues, guiding enhancements, and ensuring strong governance, controls, and documentation across applications.

This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on‑site work expected four days per week. Eligible work locations include San Antonio, TX;
Plano, TX; or Charlotte, NC
. Relocation support is not provided.

• Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to business partners on system capabilities, enhancements, and long‑term platform direction
• Serve as a subject matter expert on treasury‑related applications, aligning technology solutions with current and future business needs
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify and manage dependencies, risks, and opportunities across initiatives
• Investigate and resolve complex business and system challenges using advanced analytical and problem‑solving techniques
• Lead and support requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and implementation for system enhancements and new solutions
• Contribute to the creation and governance of standards related to application documentation, user guidance, and system administration
• Support quality assurance practices and documentation frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance
• Provide guidance and mentoring to team members and contribute to performance and development discussions
• Ensure application‑related risks are identified, documented, and mitigated in alignment with enterprise risk and compliance expectations

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• At least 6 years of experience in business systems analysis, application support, IT process analysis, or related technology functions
• Solid understanding of enterprise application administration and the software development lifecycle, including testing practices
• Experience creating and maintaining functional, technical, and workflow documentation
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Working knowledge of risk and control frameworks, including documenting and testing controls
• Completion of a skills or analyst assessment may be required as part of the selection process

• Extensive hands‑on experience supporting SAP applications, particularly within treasury, liquidity, or cash management domains
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain SAP Treasury Management solutions
• Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments
• Self‑directed, solutions‑focused mindset with strong initiative
• Prior military service or experience as a military spouse or partner

• Salary range: $93,770 – $179,240, depending on experience and geographic location
• Compensation is determined using market benchmarks and role alignment; actual pay may vary by location
• This position is not eligible for employer‑sponsored work authorization now or in the future
