Job Summary
T3i is looking for an experienced Data Analyst (DA) to join our team in San Antonio, Texas, and work in our highly collaborative environment. The DA will support specific business requirements across T3i (customer-facing programs and back-office functions), including the development and implementation of data strategies and tools to improve overall efficiency and user experience. A successful DA will be passionate, energized, and motivated to support various teams with different data requirements and solve challenging problems for our team and customers.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with teams to understand business objectives and customer requirements
- Develop and implement strategies for collecting data to address specific challenges
- Evaluate data problems and recommend automation options to improve efficiency
- Plan, develop, and implement data automation solutions within our Google Enterprise
- Plan, develop, and implement data visualization solutions using the MS Power BI platform
- Create and maintain dashboards that communicate insights derived from user analytics data
- Provide recommendations for improving user experience and enhancing customer support
- Support other data analytic requirements as needed, including implementation of AI capabilities
- Conduct external research to discover best practices and review emerging technologies
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with expertise in data/process automation
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
- Strong proficiency in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis using Matomo or similar tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create actionable insights
- Effective communication skills to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques for creating effective dashboards
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision or direction
- Ability to work effectively in small team settings to solve complex problems
- Five (5) years of experience
- Master's Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
Current or able to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance with SSBI
