You will create complex, realistic tasks to push frontier AI agents to their limits. Think scattered data, conditional procedures, and genuine domain expertise required. You'll build a detailed version with objective scoring, then write an ambiguous version to train the agent with less hand‑holding. Real expert complexity only. You improve the AI tools you’ll eventually use yourself.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance (investment firms, banks, consulting, financial institutions, ministries).
• Experience in cross‑functional, applied, or international projects is an advantage.
• Having CFA or any related globally recognized qualification is an advantage.
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel (advanced), R, Python, MATLAB, SQL.
• Clear and professional communication, including explaining complex tasks in simple structured language.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources into accurate, coherent outputs.
• Creativity in designing realistic and engaging examples based on domain knowledge.
• Fluency in English at C1/C2 level (written and verbal).
• Access to a laptop, stable internet connection, sufficient availability to engage with project tasks.
• Motivation to work with challenging, complex guidelines, learn new methods, and strengthen domain‑specific skills.
