Job Description
  • Responsible for all aspects of data entry, maintenance, dissemination, research.
  • Work with cross-functional team to ensure order drop timeliness.
  • Understand order process and track orders from drop to shipment.
  • Ability to understand issues, determine appropriate course of action to correct, and work as appropriate to correct issue.
  • Understand inputs/outputs, impact solution and process flow to enable best and most efficient data management and ensure data integrity.
  • Data must be accurate and all updates made in a timely fashion.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions.
  • Maintains historical records by documenting system changes and revisions.
  • Industry knowledge in technology.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with aggressive timelines and prioritize work accordingly.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
