• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications and system design.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in SAP PRA processes and technical solutions.
• Manage project delivery streams, maintain billable client charging, and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Travel may be required based on client needs.

• Experience leading and managing SAP PRA module implementations for clients in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector.
• Ability to collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design effective solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Expert guidance on SAP PRA functionalities, including division order, production accounting, and regulatory compliance.
• System configuration, testing, and user training to ensure seamless adoption of the SAP PRA module.
• Special project experience aimed at optimizing revenue accounting processes.
• Trusted advisor and point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Staying current with industry trends, SAP updates, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of SAP consulting experience focused on the SAP PRA module within the IS‑OIL industry solution.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong understanding of revenue accounting processes, production reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Experience developing functional specifications is a must.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs (estimated 60+%).

• Prior consulting industry experience.
• SAP certification in Financial Accounting or related modules.
• Experience with at least three full‑cycle implementations of the core module.
• Additional SAP Finance certificates.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams.

Base salary range: $142,600 – $261,500 (US). Additional benefits include medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.
