Systems Administrator, IT Support
Constellation Search Group is seeking an Enterprise Applications Administrator for a full-time direct hire position. The role is responsible for the maintenance, support, and optimization of the organization's enterprise application portfolio. This role ensures application availability, manages user access, coordinates with vendors, and assists in system upgrades and integrations, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT best practices.
CompensationBase pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $/yr
The salary range is provided by Constellation Search Group. Actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
Responsibilities- Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and HRIS.
- Provide tier 1 support for enterprise application incidents and service requests.
- Perform system updates, patches, and routine maintenance to ensure application reliability and security.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Manage application user roles, access rights, and permissions following compliance guidelines.
- Document procedures, system configurations, and workflows.
- Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution, support contracts, and licensing.
- Assist with application integrations using APIs or middleware tools.
- Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning related to application systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in a mid to large-sized organization.
- Familiarity with financial, CRM, and web-based systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Basic scripting or SQL knowledge preferred.
- Experience with ITIL practices or change management processes is a plus.
