Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Experience in data engineering or platform support.
• Hands‑on experience with Snowflake, Talend/TMC, Qlik Replicate, Power BI operations, and Power Automate.
• Strong SQL skills and performance tuning across data warehouse and BI tools.
• Familiarity with Service Now workflows and ITIL‑based support models.
• Scripting experience in Python or Power Shell for automation.
• Understanding data quality checks, schema drift detection, and observability.
• Experience with access control, RBAC, and audit processes.
• Deep experience in ETL/replication tools and cloud data warehouses.
• Exposure to change management and release processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data pipeline issues.

• Provide L1.5/L2 support for data platforms including Snowflake, Talend/TMC, Qlik Replicate, and Power BI.
• Monitor ETL/ELT pipelines and resolve job failures, schema drift, and data quality issues.
• Execute deployments, patching, and upgrades in coordination with Dev Ops and infrastructure teams.
• Automate routine support tasks using scripting (Python, Power Shell).
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problems using ITSM tools like Service Now.
• Support change management processes, including release coordination and documentation.
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects during data migration and transformation phases.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, audit requirements, and security policies (e.g., RBAC, access control).
• Participate in month‑end processing, data validation, and reconciliation activities.

Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base for operational continuity.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000 per year
