Information Management Technology (IM/IT) Lead

AGL is looking for an Information Management Technology Lead to work in San Antonio, TX. This position is contingent upon contract award.

• Procurement, imaging, security patches, software loads, equipment inventory, diagnostics, repair, receive, log, troubleshoot, analyze, system compliance, virus check programs, service packs, hot fixes, resolving operating system upgrades.
• General management of configuration analysis, development, integration for server, laptop, desktop-based systems, switches, computer hardware, land mobile radios, satellite phones and all other communication equipment; overall administration of networking, configuring, diagnosing, updating, developing, and resolving any issues by working with Base Communications and/or vendor specific support of all information technologies for the ECMM program.

• 10 years of field experience performing and managing IT systems support, including advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, initial inspections, inventory actions, calibrations, etc.
• Certifications:
  
  CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Security+.
• Bachelor’s degree in an associated field is highly desired.
• Must complete and remain current with DoD Cyber Awareness Training and other governmental IM/IT related training requirements.
