Overview

Content Management Analyst position at Millennium Soft Inc.

Location:

San Antonio, TX. Duration: 7 months. Hours per week: 40.

Employment Type:

Contract on W2 (US Citizens or GC Holders Only).

Responsibilities
  • Manage Becton Dickinson’s HR knowledge management portal and case management tool content and capabilities (a.k.a. HROne).
  • Ensure the HR tools serve as the voice for all aspects of the HR organization’s internal online presence and are complete, comprehensive, current, and user-friendly.
  • Create, oversee and enforce the system’s global governance processes to include content management, posting and archiving.
  • Coordinate with global, regional and local HR associates, Centers of Excellence, and other functions to ensure portal content is complete, comprehensive, user-friendly, branded and organized.
  • Ensure information that associates need is located on the portal; work with content owners to create and add content, and ensure proper editing, proofreading and translation where needed.
  • Make content easy to understand across all levels by considering user perspectives and conducting focus groups or surveys.
  • Select and implement effective methods to convey information (videos, links, checklists, user guides, desktop procedures, calendars, polls, banners, etc.).
  • Maintain a consistent look and feel, ensure compliance with client identity requirements, and manage templates, graphics, banners and layouts.
  • Structure portal content for easy navigation, maintain internal and external links, and collaborate with the technical team on site problems, upgrades and enhancements.
  • Analyze portal and case management utilization and effectiveness, and propose enhancements based on feedback and metrics.
  • Track, report, and respond to metrics to measure reach and impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience managing content and production for high-traffic websites/portals.
  • Proven record of deploying online content that reflects audience segmentation.
  • Strong expertise in content governance, including policies, practices, procedures and decision forums.

  • Knowledge of metadata management and data discovery, standards and implementation for interoperability, service enablement and compliance.
  • Knowledge management certification, knowledge of Service Now solutions; bilingual ability is preferred but not required.

  • Ensure information is easily accessible and relevant to associates; lead content creation and update efforts.
  • Edit, proofread and translate content as needed; ensure clarity and usability for users at all levels.
  • Determine the best methods to convey information (videos, links, checklists, guides, procedures, calendars, polls, banners, etc.).
  • Maintain consistent design and ensure compliance with client identity requirements; manage templates, graphics, and layouts.
  • Structure content for intuitive navigation and maintain portal links; work with technical teams to address site issues and apply upgrades.
  • Monitor portal and case management utilization and effectiveness, and propose enhancements based on feedback and analytics.
  • Produce regular reports on reach and impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
