• The Tier 3 Enterprise Management (EM) Packaging Specialist provides advanced application packaging, deployment, and sustainment support for the DHAs enterprise management environment.
• This role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and deploying secure, enterprise-ready application and software packages across both on-premises MECM and MED
  365 cloud/Intune environments.
• Engineer and deliver application and software packages that comply with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM), and DHA configuration standards.
• Maintain and update application task sequences, installation scripts, and automation routines to support standardized enterprise deployment.
• Integrate COTS, GOTS, third-party, and first-party applications into MECM/Intune while ensuring compatibility, security, and performance.
• Develop and maintain driver and BIOS/firmware packages for enterprise hardware, ensuring compatibility with supported operating systems and compliance with DHA security requirements.
• Provide application packaging documentation, testing reports, and release notes to support enterprise change management and sustainment practices.
• Support creation and deployment of operating system images and associated drivers for end-user devices and servers.
• Collaborate with Tier 3 EM Administration and Systems Administration teams to ensure seamless integration of packaged solutions across the enterprise.
• Develop application and package deployment reports.
• Driver and firmware packages for supported enterprise hardware.
• Updated OS and application task sequences.
• Test environment processes and validation documentation.
