Contract Analyst
We are seeking a Contract Compliance Analyst to join our team. This role is a hybrid of contract management, vendor compliance, and administrative support responsibilities. You will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and Info Sec leadership to ensure that vendor relationships meet contractual, security, and compliance obligations.
Responsibilities- Lead contract management processes including negotiations, reviewing, redlining, and execution.
- Ensure vendor agreements align with required security controls, liability, and insurance terms.
- Support SLA monitoring by ensuring deliverables and objectives are tracked and met.
- Work with business owners to maintain compliance with security controls and requirements.
- Update and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs), track expiration dates, and proactively notify vendors of renewal timelines.
- Collaborate with vendors and relationship owners to test and validate compliance/security controls.
- Facilitate and support vendor risk assessments and questionnaires.
- Train internal business owners on using SAI
360, the vendor risk and compliance management platform. - Maintain and update vendor data and records.
- Monitor compliance metrics and generate reports.
- Support small projects and assist with cross-functional compliance activities.
- 4+ years of experience in contracts management, supply chain management, vendor/third-party risk management, or related industry
- 4+ years of experience with relevant regulatory compliance, industry regulations and regulatory data sources such as the FFIEC, OCC, Federal Reserve Board, CFPB, etc.
- Experience using SAI
360 for Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) related to security controls and other. - Strong understanding of contract negotiation, particularly related to security, liability, and insurance terms.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and organized approach to managing deadlines and vendor obligations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to negotiate diplomatically and effectively.
- Prior experience providing trainings to stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and/or other presentation tools.
- Demonstrated experience in aiding stakeholders to define requirements and draft service level agreements
- Experience with compliance or vendor management tools which utilize AI capabilities.
