Technical/Functional Skills

• SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Enterprise Miner, and other statistical tools and packages.
• Knowledge of statistics and modeling.
• Strong understanding of structure and knowledge of the banking and insurance industry.
• Product knowledge.
• Ability to analyze issues, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
• Effective written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of statistics, mathematics, and financial modeling.
• Strong technical and problem‑solving skills, with experience in SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Enterprise Miner, SAS/STAT, and SPSS.
• Collaboration with statisticians to build predictive models and enhance analytical products.

• Understand customer needs and market requirements to identify relevant analytical factors.
• Build statistical models through correlation analysis, multivariate regression, linear and non‑linear regression, and multi‑dimensional clustering.
• Interpret quantitative findings to draw relevant insights.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills; ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal staff to coordinate model validations.
