Role PurposeThe Cybersecurity Analyst is responsible for identifying, preventing, and responding to security threats in a fast-paced environment. This role partners closely with IT and business stakeholders to design and implement scalable, secure technology solutions that align with Principle Automotive's goals and values.
You will continuously seek ways to leverage technology to strengthen company performance, security, and trust.

Principle Automotive customers, vendors, and community members

Associates, General Managers, and executive leadership
- Monitor and analyze security systems (firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus) to identify and respond to threats
- Gather and analyze threat intelligence to proactively address emerging risks
- Secure and manage cloud environments
- Research, implement, and maintain a Zero Trust Architecture
- Respond to and document security incidents, communicating findings and resolutions to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulations
- Partner with the IT team to design and maintain a secure, scalable network infrastructure
- Conduct security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities
- Stay current on cybersecurity trends, threats, and mitigation strategies
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Respond to help desk requests via phone, email, and in-person support
- Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, asset inventories, and security reports
- Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive identification and mitigation of security risks
- Effective incident response with clear documentation and communication
- Secure, scalable systems that support business growth
- Strong collaboration with IT, leadership, and end users
- Continuous improvement of security posture and support processes
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively
- Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
