Client is seeking a hands-on, experienced UI/UX Developer to lead and support next-generation digital workplace initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-visibility, customer-facing digital solutions.

The position supports the Digital Residential Experiences Squad under the Evolve / Digital Experiences Program (ePMO).

• ADA / WCAG / Section 508 Compliance
• UI Front-End Development

• Research, design, develop, test, and implement UI/UX solutions for mobile and web platforms
• Ensure full ADA/WCAG/508 accessibility compliance
  , including mitigation best practices
• Act as a designer-developer (SME) for high‑visibility projects
• Develop and support customer‑facing design systems, including components, templates, and accessibility fixes
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and architects throughout the SDLC
• Design and maintain wireframes, mockups, and design files
• Participate in usability testing and UX reviews
• Build responsive, reusable, and interactive UI components
• Stay current with UI frameworks, tools, and industry trends

• Experience with LAMP / MEAN / MERN stacks
• Experience translating end‑user needs into design solutions
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Strong collaboration skills with business and technical teams

• UI/UX or Web Development certifications
• Experience in Electric & Gas Utility industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• Experience with Adobe AEM, SharePoint, or Word Press
• Exposure to modern front‑end frameworks
• Experience participating in Agile ceremonies
