Epic Clinical Information Systems Analyst - Associate (Hybrid)

• Work with requestors and users to document current workflows and develop future workflow optimizations for Epic application changes.
• Recommend system enhancement opportunities and creative technical solutions for clinic scenarios.
• Identify, propose, build, and demonstrate prototypes of application configuration for project approval.
• Perform ongoing maintenance and configuration updates to Epic applications.
• Create test scripts, timelines, and plans for application and workflow changes.
• Conduct testing of clinical information system configuration and processes across applications.
• Coordinate testing with requestors and users.
• Provide tier‑one support to end‑users remotely and in person, troubleshooting tickets.
• Serve as liaison between users and vendors, coordinate system fixes and application deployment with training and operations teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic project management skills.

• Epic certification must be maintained per Epic Corporation standards.
• Epic certification / proficiency in Cupid or ASAP preferred.
• Epic certification / proficiency in any module preferred.
