Data Analyst

Eagle Integrated Service, LLC (EIS) is a government consulting and contracting firm supporting missions throughout the world. EIS is seeking a Data Analyst to support our new mission in San Antonio, TX. The Data Analyst role is to support the Medical Trauma Training Industry.

• The Contractor shall collect, analyze, and report training data; support program evaluation; provide predictive analysis; ensures data compliance; and drives continuous improvement.
• Telework may be available depending on agency policy and the ability to fulfill the requirements below. Approximately 0-5% of travel may be required. The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
• The Contractor shall analyze training performance, student throughput, and readiness data in support of JTETD objectives.
• The Contractor shall develop dashboards linking training data with JTS trauma registry metrics to inform leadership decisions. Provide datasets for audits, inspections, and accreditation reviews.
• The Contractor shall support quarterly readiness reports and data visualizations for leadership briefings.
• The Contractor shall ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple systems of record.
• The Contractor shall recommend improvements to data collection and analysis methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, or related field 3 to 5 years developing instructional materials.
• 2 to 4 years in data analytics; proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Tableau/Power BI.
• Ability to conduct data quality assessments.
• Experience with healthcare or educational datasets
