Eagle Integrated Service, LLC (EIS) is a government consulting and contracting firm supporting missions throughout the world. EIS is seeking a Simulation Operator/Moulage Technician to support our new mission in San Antonio, TX. The Simulation Operator/Moulage Technician role is to support the Medical Trauma Training Industry.
What You’ll Do:- Provide simulation (sim) operator and moulage support services to ensure realistic, effective, and technically accurate delivery of medical and trauma training. The sim operator shall operate simulation systems, configure training environments, and employ moulage techniques to replicate injuries, medical conditions, and battlefield environments in accordance with JTET course objectives. Work conducted onsite, telework may be available on case-by-case basis. Approximately 30-40% of travel may be required.
The contractor shall perform the following tasks: - Prepare, operate, and maintain medical simulation equipment supporting trauma training programs.
- Design and apply moulage effects to create realistic training environments for casualty care scenarios.
- Coordinate with instructors to ensure simulation, fidelity and safe use of training equipment.
- Support setup, teardown, and equipment accountability for all simulation events.
- Maintain simulation supplies inventory and recommend resupply actions as required.
- Associate degree in Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, Information Technology, or related field - Completion of vendor/system-specific training for simulators (e.g., Laerdal, CAE, Gaumard)
- Certifications in A+ or Network+ preferred
- 2 to 4 years of experience in simulation operations, medical training labs, or technical support environments.
- Skilled in setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of medical or technical simulators
- Knowledge of AV systems, networking, and scenario-based simulation support
- Ability to manage consumables and ensure compliance with biohazard/safety standards
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
