Northwest Partners is engaged in a strategic initiative with a well‑established financial organization and seeks an experienced Splunk/Cribl Engineer to support and optimize system performance. This role involves Splunk infrastructure management, data onboarding, and cross‑team collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

• maintain, upgrade and troubleshoot Splunk servers, clusters and management systems
• install, upgrade and maintain required Splunk applications and add‑ons
• provide performance and license tuning for systems and troubleshoot Splunk components
• deliver engineering and architecture support to meet system standards
• manage patching and updates of Splunk hosts and/or application software
• lead onboarding of new logs and troubleshoot existing log sources
• manage and optimize current dashboards; create new data visualizations
• optimize and onboard data sources using Cribl
• interface with executive stakeholders and present technical insights
• collaborate across departments in a fast‑paced, communicative environment
• perform after‑hours work when necessary for system changes

• proven experience with Splunk infrastructure and application maintenance
• strong hands‑on expertise with Cribl for data optimization
• demonstrated ability to support enterprise‑level logging and visualization solutions
• experience engaging with executive‑level stakeholders
• excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills
• flexibility for after‑hours work as required
• must be a US Citizen
