Northwest Partners is engaged in a strategic initiative with a well‑established financial organization and seeks an experienced Splunk/Cribl Engineer to support and optimize system performance. This role involves Splunk infrastructure management, data onboarding, and cross‑team collaboration in a hybrid work environment.
What YOU will do- maintain, upgrade and troubleshoot Splunk servers, clusters and management systems
- install, upgrade and maintain required Splunk applications and add‑ons
- provide performance and license tuning for systems and troubleshoot Splunk components
- deliver engineering and architecture support to meet system standards
- manage patching and updates of Splunk hosts and/or application software
- lead onboarding of new logs and troubleshoot existing log sources
- manage and optimize current dashboards; create new data visualizations
- optimize and onboard data sources using Cribl
- interface with executive stakeholders and present technical insights
- collaborate across departments in a fast‑paced, communicative environment
- perform after‑hours work when necessary for system changes
- proven experience with Splunk infrastructure and application maintenance
- strong hands‑on expertise with Cribl for data optimization
- demonstrated ability to support enterprise‑level logging and visualization solutions
- experience engaging with executive‑level stakeholders
- excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills
- flexibility for after‑hours work as required
- must be a US Citizen
