Must-Have Skills:

• Strong ability to analyze complex problems, research and synthesize information, and develop clear, actionable solutions and reports.
• Proven experience in business process mapping, identifying operational/technology gaps, and facilitating stakeholder workshops and problem-solving sessions.
• Hands-on project management experience across multiple initiatives, including project planning, risk/issue management, documentation, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience preparing executive-level documentation and presentations, including briefings and status reports.
• Ability to summarize, escalate, and communicate project status effectively through regular updates and team meetings.
