JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Summary:

* We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects on time and within scope The ideal candidate will have experience in agile delivery stakeholder management and risk mitigation with a strong ability to drive execution and ensure alignment across initiatives



Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery Management:
o Lead agile teams through sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives
o Ensure agile best practices are followed and continuously improved

Project Oversight:
o Provide delivery oversight including timelines risks dependencies and resource allocation
o Monitor progress and proactively address issues to keep projects on track

Governance Reporting:
o Support governance processes and ensure accurate reporting across initiatives
o Prepare and present status updates to leadership and stakeholders

Stakeholder Management:
o Ensure adherence to milestones and stakeholder expectations
o Facilitate communication between business technical and external teams

Risk Issue Management:
o Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues
o Maintain a risk register and ensure timely escalation and resolution

Budget Resource Planning:
o Manage project budgets and ensure optimal resource utilization
o Track expenditures and forecast future resource needs

Change Scope Control:
o Manage scope changes through formal change control processes
o Ensure alignment with business objectives and project goals

Quality Assurance:
o Collaborate with QA teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards
o Support testing and validation phases of the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in business Technology or related field

* 5 years of experience in project management preferably in agile environments

* Strong understanding of project management methodologies Agile Scrum Waterfall

* Proficiency with tools like Jira Confluence MS Project or equivalent

* Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills

* PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are a plus
