As a Service Now Technical Lead you will play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the development of cutting‑edge Service Now solutions. You will provide governance and systems engineering expertise to scrum teams, ensuring that their designs align with best practices and organizational goals.
The Work:- Provide governance to scrum teams focusing on systems engineering
- Work with Strategic Committee leaders to develop governance documents and procedures
- Help scrum teams solution the design of their applications
- Teach and train lead developers and developers on system design techniques
- Assist in gathering initial requirements for new efforts
- Recommend new best practices and governance models
- Work with external applications to design overarching systems
- Create and maintain product and application road map
- Expertise in Service Now Security Incident Response, and Vulnerability Response
- 5+ years experience in Service Now architecture
- Proven ability to guide teams through Sec Ops solution design
- Experience with governance frameworks, systems engineering, and cross‑functional collaboration
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Experience working with scrum teams
- US Citizenship required
