Ability to Obtain Secret

• Develop, configure, and enhance Service Now applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

• Stay current with Service Now products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.

• Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing Service Now implementations.

• Perform unit, system, and integration testing.

• Debug and fix technical problems.

• Support the development of detailed technical documentation.

• Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.

• Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration.

• Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of Service Now solutions.

• A minimum of FOUR (4) years of Service Now experience.

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain an approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.

• Experience in Service Now Modules such as HRSD, GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.

• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Angular
  
  JS), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.

• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels.

• Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions.

• Must be a US citizen.

• Experience working in an Agile environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.

• Service Now certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD).

• Candidates with an Active "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.

• Experience with Service Now automated testing framework (ATF).

• Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week.

• Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred.

• Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.

• General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment.
