The UI/UX Developer position conceives, creates, and refines complex use cases, site maps, flows, wireframes, and interaction specification documentation for web-based content authoring and creation tools and the realization of customer-experiences in web and mobile platforms. This position will work closely with the management team to gather and understand key business strategies and user needs and to translate the strategies and needs into sound design concepts in tandem with a graphic designer

Builds wireframes and UI flows to meet requirements

Translates requirements and solutions into usable, development-ready wireframes

Defines complex key user requirements to build usability into products and services

Improve customer experience, automated document delivery, and checkout process.

Create UI style standards to guide business and technology resources when modifying functionality on across the business units.

Incorporate convenience options to improve usability (automation, workflow, improve error messaging, etc.)

Utilizes user-centered methodologies to understand and analyze user experience, expectations and requirements.

Participates in high-level use case definition, prototyping, and other activities to capture and develop user requirements and integrate these into the product design.

Designs and simulates user interface and interaction flow using wire framing tools.

Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience

At least 4 years' relevant experience and proven ability or appropriate training to supervise or manage others.

Minimum 3 years dedicated experience in information architecture and/or interaction design for web sites and/or web applications for candidates with Bachelor's degree.

Experience with requirement visualization and prototyping tools such as Figma, Zeplin, Visio, or Omni Graffle.

Positive and solution-based attitude.

Familiarity with user-centered research, such as usability testing, contextual inquiry, and field interviews.

Comfort with autonomy and nimble team structure.
