Customer Success Engineer

Role overview

Work as a Customer Success Engineer for a fast-growing AI search and discovery platform that processes billions of queries weekly. You will guide enterprise customers through onboarding, implementation, and optimization, partnering with customer success managers and engineering to ensure successful adoption of agentic and generative search capabilities.

• Deliver consultative services to a portfolio of customers, including scoped technical workshops and tailored implementation support.
• Advise customers on best practices for search implementation, performance tuning, and architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with account customer success managers to maintain long-term account health and resolve technical risks.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to develop subject-matter expertise and serve as a product specialist for customers.
• Produce regular status reports, document engagements clearly, and share knowledge internally to strengthen team practice.

• Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing search and discovery experiences.
• Background designing generative AI or agentic applications, or familiarity with iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience supporting open-source projects and their Git Hub communities.

• Flexible workplace model with high autonomy; many team members work remotely, hybrid-remote, or in offices across Paris, NYC, London, Sydney, and Bucharest.
• Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
