- Technical Architect - AI (Copilot)
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Own the solution architecture for Copilot agents built on Microsoft Copilot Studio, including patterns for hardening, governance, and platform standards.
- Guide and review the offshore engineers' agent build; set technical direction and the quality bar.
- Front-end technical discussions with Matson leadership and technical teams; act as the trusted onsite point of continuity.
- Ensure the platform architecture is cloud-sound and integrates cleanly with the customer'senvironment.
- Proven Copilot agent development on Copilot Studio, including topics, actions, connectors, and governance.
- Cloud architect background with, at minimum, Azure application architecture experience (AWS experience astrong plus).
- Strong customer-facing communication and the ability to work independently onsite.
- Power Platform governance environment strategy, DLP policies, RBAC, and Copilot Credits / consumption management.
- Integration and identity patterns: REST APIs, Azure AD / Entra , secure secrets handling (Key Vault).
- Responsible AI, security hardening, and solution-design documentation for executive and technical audiences.
