Job Description
-Lead medium to large-scale application development, modernization, cloud, and digital transformation engagements while ensuring successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end project delivery and execution.

Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Drive project governance, status reporting, and steering committee reviews.

Manage client stakeholders and build trusted relationships.

Lead distributed delivery teams across onsite and offshore locations.

Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues.

Ensure adherence to Capgemini delivery processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Drive change management and business adoption where required.

Support account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and opportunity identification.

Manage project P&L, revenue, margin, utilization, and delivery KPIs.Required Experience Typically 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in project/program management.

Experience managing application development, maintenance, cloud migration, or digital transformation projects.

Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.

Proven experience handling geographically distributed teams.

Desired CertificationsPMP / PRINCE2

Agile Scrum Master or SAFe certificationsITIL Foundation (preferred)
Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP) are advantageous.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 110000- 135000
