You’ll work directly with employees to troubleshoot workstation issues, respond to help desk tickets, and assist with upgrades and replacements of desktops, laptops, and tablets. Job Duties and Responsibilities- Troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading hardware, software, operating systems, network connectivity, printing issues, and computer performance.
- This work can be done at the user’s location or via remote desktop assistance.
- Perform computer imaging and deployment of equipment to users.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years of related IT experience.
- Experience imaging workstations using Microsoft SCCM/MECM
