Pay Range: $95 - $100/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 15 years of People Soft HCM experience
• Strong Techno-Functional background (technical side should be strong)
• Hands-on experience with People Soft HCM 9.2
• Expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, ESS/MSS, TAM/Recruiting
• Experience with People Tools, People Code, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integrations, Data Conversion, Configuration, Fit-Gap Analysis, Testing (SIT/UAT), and Production Support
• Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
• Should be able to work independently with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Led implementations, upgrades, modernization, or enhancement projects.
