Multimedia Technician

Location: 500 McCullough Ave, SATX 78215

Duration: 12- month contract (Will likely extend to 2 years)

Schedule: M-F 7-4 or 8-5

Interview: 1-round virtual interview

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting iPhones, including device deployment and end-user support
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management, enrollment, and support
• Experience setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting audio/visual equipment
• Knowledge of Teams Rooms, conference rooms, board rooms, and meeting space technology
• Experience supporting LCD/LED TVs, projectors, microphones, speakers, mixers, and PA systems
• Experience with multifunction printers, scanners, and plotters
• Basic PC networking knowledge and terminology
• Familiarity with Windows Active Directory

• CompTIA A+ Certification
• Network+ Certification
• Knowledge of reprographics equipment and processes
• Experience creating technical documentation and end-user training materials
• Experience supporting live events or broadcast environments

This individual will provide hands‑on support for audio/visual technologies, conferencing systems, desktop hardware, printers, and mobile devices across a dynamic enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting board meetings, corporate events, customer outreach initiatives, and daily end‑user technology needs. This role offers a blend of AV support, technical troubleshooting, event technology management, and end‑user support while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
