- Perform CDP(Cloudera Data Platform) cluster stabilization activities for daily, weekly, and monthly jobs across DEV, UAT and PROD environments
- Performance tuning of CDP jobs that has poor performance against their equivalent HDP jobs
- Install DAS client to enable jobs monitoring
- Install High availability (HA) for Knox, Hue, Hive, and Impala
- Involve in patch the servers/application to fix the vulnerabilities
- Migrate log folders for Java dumps from HDP to CDP
- Work with Linux admins to standardize permissions post CDP migration for Linux files and folders
- Implement/cleanup CDP Ranger permissions across roles as per SOX standards for user access restrictions
- Implement VIP for Kerberos AD authentication in krb
5.conf to avoid single point of failures - Work with RM team to implement Hadoop deployments in CDP
- Support customers in converting program language (e.g. Python) upgrades as directed by Centene
- Support Data Center migrations
- Integrate CDP for alerting
