Seeking an SAP Transportation Management (TM) Business Analyst to support ongoing TM operations, backlog management, integrations, and testing activities. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable TM solutions aligned with the global template.
Key Requirements- Hands-on SAP experience (TM preferred)
- Transportation domain experience
- Agriculture or energy industry exposure preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Availability to work within CST hours
- Translate business requirements into SAP TM process and solution designs aligned with the global template
- Support SAP TM backlog management, including ticket review, prioritization, and resolution coordination
- Guide business stakeholders through business case development, including cost/benefit and risk analysis
- Gather and document integration requirements across SAP modules (PP, SD, ACM)
- Develop test strategies, test cases, and support functional and UAT testing efforts
- Own and coordinate testing activities for assigned projects
- Support and enhance moderately complex applications and assist with error handling improvements
- Deliver end-user training for supported applications as needed
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and related agile activities
- Support unit and integration testing cycles
- Promote and follow organizational safety standards and procedures
