Medical data manager in pharma

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Medical Data Manager to manage and maintain pharmaceutical and regulatory data from official health authorities, drug databases, and regulatory agencies around the globe. You will play a key role in safeguarding data quality by verifying, standardizing, and updating information, ensuring our platform delivers accurate and actionable insights that our clients can trust.

• Analyze and process pharmaceutical and regulatory data from official sources.
• Review, validate, and maintain data accuracy and quality.
• Identify and resolve missing or inconsistent information.
• Standardize data according to internal guidelines.
• Perform quality checks and data cleanup activities.
• Work within teams to improve data coverage and reliability.
• Document and validate data processes.
• Support continuous improvements in data management workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work with large datasets and structured information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
• Good written English (additional Asian languages would be high advantage).
• Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards.
