About the Role We are seeking an experienced U.S. based Privacy Counsel to join our Legal Team. In this role, you will help shape and scale the company’ global privacy program as the company continues to expand internationally. You will advise on privacy, data protection, and AI governance issues across our products and operations, while supporting commercial transactions involving data processing and technology services.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Security, and GTM teams to provide practical, business-oriented guidance that enables innovation while ensuring compliance with evolving privacy and AI regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.

• Advise on global privacy and data protection laws, including CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, and other U.S. and international regulatory frameworks.
• Advise on privacy and regulatory risks relating to AI systems, biometric data, voice technologies, and other sensitive data types.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to implement privacy‑by‑design principles and support responsible development of AI products.
