Implementation Project Manager

Kforce is searching for an experienced Payroll Implementation Project Manager to lead and support a comprehensive payroll transformation and system implementation from ADP to Paycor. The Payroll Implementation Project Manager will:

• Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Paycor, ensuring a successful transition from ADP Workforce Now
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables
• Conduct a comprehensive review of current payroll-related processes across Payroll, HR, Benefits, Operations, and Finance
• Interview stakeholders and observe processes firsthand to understand how work is actually being performed
• Develop detailed current-state and future-state process maps
• Evaluate existing workflows from an internal controls, risk, compliance, efficiency, and scalability perspective

• Direct experience migrating from ADP Workforce Now to Paycor
• Payroll transformation or payroll process redesign experience
• HRIS implementation experience
• Experience interfacing payroll with Benefits, HR, Finance, GL, banking, and other business systems
• Experience developing payroll dashboards or business intelligence reporting
• Formal project management, process improvement, HRIS, or payroll certifications are a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
