Senior Analyst Information Security Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Analyst Information Security Operations to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will focus on protecting sensitive information across a complex, enterprise environment while supporting operational security programs and incident response efforts. The ideal candidate will partner with engineering and internal stakeholders to strengthen controls, improve procedures, and respond effectively to data protection risks. This position also plays an important role in using analytics and automation to increase efficiency and help drive a more resilient security posture.

Location:

Remote

Compensation: $123,000 – $150,700 annually

• Improve and maintain data protection standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data protection controls
• Implement analytical automation techniques for process efficiency
• Provide guidance on data protection matters to employees
• Escalate issues to insider threat teams as necessary
• Stay updated on data protection trends and technologies
• Consult on DLP policy creation and maintenance

• 3+ years of experience in data protection or information security
• Strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations
• Familiarity with leading DLP and CASB technologies
• Experience with data security controls and incident response
• Proficient in investigating data loss incidents using analytics and forensics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
