Cloud Engineer, Governance & SRE

We are seeking an experienced Dev Ops Specialist, Git Hub & Cloud Platform Engineer to join our enterprise cloud team. This role focuses on managing cloud Dev Ops environments, Git Hub enterprise solutions, implementing Public Cloud Landing Zone governance, and supporting multi-cloud infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud services, Git Hub enterprise management, Dev Ops practices, and enterprise-scale platform management, combined with exceptional soft skills to drive innovation and work independently in a complex environment.

• Dev Ops & Source Control Governance Administer Azure Dev Ops and Git Hub Enterprise (organizations, repositories, access management, security guardrails, and enterprise workflows).Manage CI/CD pipelines, Git Hub Actions, custom runners, permissions, branch policies, and extensions.
  
  Automate administrative reporting, telemetry, and platform operations using Power Shell, REST APIs, and Power BI.Cloud Engineering, Governance & SREDeploy, manage, and optimize cloud resources hands-on with high availability, reliability, and SRE principles.
  
  Implement and maintain Azure Landing Zones, management groups, resource tagging, and compliance guardrails.
  
  Build and maintain modular Infrastructure as Code (IaC) architectures with a primary focus on Terraform.
  
  Design standardized cloud deployment templates, automated gates, and Git Hub-based delivery workflows across multi-cloud footprints.
  
  Documentation & Developer Enablement Maintain technical platform documentation, architecture designs, and runbooks using Docusaurus, Markdown, and wikis.
  
  Support inner-source collaboration, developer self-service patterns, and tooling enablement across distributed engineering teams.

• Core Competencies:
  
  Azure Dev Ops Server / TFS & Git Hub Enterprise Cloud Engineering / SRE Experience (Hands-on resource provisioning & lifecycle management)
  Infrastructure as Code (IaC) — Terraform (Primary), ARM templates, AWS Cloud Formation Public  Cloud Platforms:
  Microsoft Azure (Primary), AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  CI/CD Engines:
  Git Hub Actions, Azure Pipelines, JenkinsScripting & Automation:
  Power Shell, Bash, REST APIs, YAMLExperience & Skill Thresholds:5+ years of hands-on Azure Dev Ops (or TFS) and 3+ years of Git Hub Enterprise administration.
  
  Hands-on Cloud Engineering or SRE track record deploying and maintaining production cloud resources ong Terraform proficiency creating and managing scalable, reusable cloud infrastructure modules.
  
  Deep Azure governance expertise, including Landing Zones, Azure Policy, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and identity architecture (Entra ).Demonstrated pipeline delivery via Git Hub Actions and enterprise CI/CD systems.
  
  Working knowledge of AWS foundational services (e.g., S3, Glue, IAM, Networking).Operational reporting and metric dashboarding experience using Power BI and platform APIs.Solid technical documentation skills using Markdown and Docusaurus.

• - Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or similar)
• - Git Hub certifications or demonstrated expertise in Git Hub Enterprise
• - Experience with enterprise-scale Azure and Git Hub deployments
• - Knowledge of compliance frameworks and governance requirements

• - Background in financial services or highly regulated industries
• - Experience with offshore team coordination and incident response models
• - Familiarity with Git Hub Copilot for Business and AI-assisted development workflows
