They're seeking a Senior Commercial Auto Underwriter with 3-5 years of experience who can operate confidently in a relationship‑driven market. • Underwrite and price commercial auto risks within assigned authority levels
• Analyze exposure data, loss trends, and financial information to determine appropriate terms
• Develop and maintain strong agency relationships across English‑ and Spanish‑speaking partners
• Drive profitable growth by identifying opportunities within the Texas commercial auto market
• Collaborate with internal teams including claims, actuarial, and product management
• Ensure compliance and maintain accurate documentation across all underwriting activities

• 3-5 years of commercial auto underwriting experience with a carrier or MGA
• Bilingual or highly proficient in Spanish - required due to agency and client communication needs
• Strong understanding of risk selection, pricing, and coverage structures
• Proven ability to build and sustain agency partnerships
• Solid analytical skills and comfort making independent decisions
• Familiarity with the Texas commercial auto landscape is highly preferred
