Personal Lines Account Manager
Job SummarySeeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing a robust book of business, providing exceptional service to clients, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, a self-starter attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and client-focused environment.
Compensation Package- Salary Range
: $55,000 to $85,000 annually (up to $90,000 for highly qualified candidates). - Benefits

- Manage a book of business valued at $2M–$2.5M, consisting of approximately 600 policies.
- Handle all aspects of account management from A-Z, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, processing , and ensuring timely policy renewals.
- Collaborate with team members and act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.
- Utilize technology platforms such as Sagitta, Vertafore, and Image Right to manage accounts efficiently.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Texas insurance market and carriers.
- Participate in team activities and contribute to a positive office culture.
- Licenses
:
Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. - Experience
:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with knowledge of Texas market carriers. Experience with farm and ranch insurance is a plus. - Technical Skills
:
Proficiency in insurance software such as Sagitta, Vertafore, and Image Right. - Soft Skills
:
Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A team-oriented mindset and willingness to mentor others are highly valued. - Education
:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in insurance are a plus.
