, and we're looking for another motivated professional to contribute to that continued success.
You'll work with warm leads and prospective clients while receiving hands-on support and mentorship from an experienced agency team. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to develop into a stronger producer—not simply process transactions.

- Consult with prospective and existing clients about their insurance needs
- Provide insurance quotes and coverage recommendations
- Sell auto, home, life, and commercial products
- Work warm leads generated through agency marketing
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing households
- Follow up consistently with prospects and clients
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Meet established production and performance expectations
- Document sales activity and maintain organized client records
- Follow all applicable agency and Farmers procedures
What You Bring to the Team
The ideal candidate combines a strong work ethic with a genuine ability to connect with people. Insurance knowledge is valuable, but initiative, consistency, and the desire to improve are equally important.
- Texas Property & Casualty License preferred; willingness to obtain required
- Previous insurance, sales, or customer-facing experience
- Ability to confidently discuss products and coverage options
- Strong follow-up and time-management habits
- Professional and personable communication style
- Self-motivated approach to reaching sales goals
- Comfortable learning and utilizing agency technology
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- English/Spanish bilingual skills are highly valued
