• Train, implement, document processes and recommend efficiencies for MOD Front Line Offices.
• Collaborate with Region Managers to support safety and training initiatives.
• Adapt to changing priorities and focus on quality results.
• Promote a safety culture within your team.

• 8+ years progressive modernization field experience with installation management and training skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience.
• Union workforce experience and strong background at the field modernization level.

Locations:
Dallas, Denver, Houston, Austin, Phoenix, Albuquerque, San Antonio. Compensation range: $142,900–$196,460 in major markets;
Phoenix $133,500–$183,500;
Albuquerque $126,900–$174,400;
San Antonio $126,900–$174,400.
