This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager located in San Antonio, TX. The Case Manager will be responsible for managing personal injury cases from inception to settlement, including gathering and organizing medical records, communicating with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers, and preparing case files. Daily tasks will include client interviews, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate case documentation.
The Case Manager will work closely with attorneys to ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Manage personal injury cases from inception to settlement
- Gather and organize medical records and other case documentation
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
- Prepare and maintain accurate case files
- Conduct client interviews and follow-ups as needed
- Collaborate with attorneys to ensure efficient case handling
- Experience in case management, client communication, and document organization
- Knowledge of personal injury law and medical terminology
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in using case management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in legal studies is a plus
