Base pay range$40,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr
Legal Pre-litigation Case Manager - Monthly Bonuses! Applicants MUST have a minimum of one year experience in a personal injury pre-litigation role to be considered.
Job overviewWe have an immediate opening for PRE-LITIGATION CASE MANAGERS to join our fast-paced team. This position plays a critical role in the firm’s success, and the right fit to join our team is an energetic, reliable team player who is extremely detail oriented, organized, and has a real passion for personal injury law.
Duties/Responsibilities- Meets with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.
- Draft and send welcome letters.
- Set up claims for third party liability and first party PIP/UIM/UIM.
- Draft and send letters of representation.
- Follow up on liability status on a daily basis.
- Monitor medical treatment.
- Take calls for questions and concerns on treatment/case status updates.
- Input medical providers to tabs.
- Verify balances.
- Draft and send demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, and other related matters.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Filevine Case Management system preferred.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
- Experience in plaintiff personal injury or related field required.
- Experience in automobile insurance or related field preferred.
Salary commensurate with experience. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and certification.
