As Litigation Skills Counsel, you will empower attorneys at every stage of their careers to reach their full potential and deliver the best possible results for our clients.

• Teach & Coach: Deliver dynamic, practical training that brings litigation skills to life. Sessions cover client intake, trial strategy, deposition techniques, motion practice, and mediation tactics, focusing on real‑world application.
• Build & Innovate: Work with the Chief Learning Officer to design and evolve the training curriculum, incorporating innovative teaching methods and cutting‑edge resources.
• Collaborate & Connect: Partner with Attorney Managers to align training with trial readiness goals and client service objectives, and collaborate with the mentorship program to create an integrated support system.
• Drive Excellence: Assess learning needs, track attorney progress, and provide feedback to continuously improve programs, fostering a culture of growth and support.

• JD and active Texas Bar license
• 5+ years of litigation experience with demonstrated trial and deposition work (personal injury experience valued)
• Proven track record of courtroom success and sophisticated legal work

• Genuine passion for teaching and developing others
• Ability to break down complex concepts and make them accessible

• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience demonstrating commitment to professional development

• Salary Range (Texas market): $120,000 – $160,000 base
• Performance‑based discretionary bonuses
