Litigation Knowledge Management Attorney

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 base per year

Location: San Antonio, Texas (relocation assistance available)

What You Will Do:

  • Build & Innovate: Work with the Chief Learning Officer to design, implement, and maintain knowledge management strategies and systems for litigation, including AI‑based solutions, document automation, and data analytics.
  • Collaborate & Connect: Partner with Attorney Managers to assess knowledge gaps, drive communication on resources, curate best practices, and ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
  • Drive Excellence: Review internal and public materials to identify trends, create model documents, precedents, guidance, and jurisdiction‑specific templates for court filings.
  • Train & Coach: Participate in onboarding attorneys at all levels, identify gaps, and deliver hands‑on instruction to build courtroom confidence.

What We Are Looking For:

The Credentials
  • JD and active bar license (Texas preferred)
  • 5+ years of litigation experience
  • Personal injury and Texas state court experience valued
  • Proven experience in knowledge management tools and/or other litigation practice support technologies
  • Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience demonstrating commitment to professional development

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $120,000 – $160,000 base
  • Performance‑based discretionary bonuses
