We're looking for an experienced (3-5 years in this type of work), reliable, exceptionally organized paralegal to partner with our most experienced attorneys on open litigation cases. We work hard together to win for our clients.

• Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Manage case files and maintain document databases
• Schedule appointments, hearings, and depositions
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trial
• Attend court hearings and trials
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in the field of Commercial Personal Injury Law
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research software
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
