Mission: The mission of Catholic Charities is to provide for the needs of our community through selfless service under the sign of love.

Provide legal services in immigration law, including representation and preparation of immigration applications, removal proceedings, bond hearings, asylum/deportation cases, and community outreach.

• Provide legal consultations and representation in immigration litigation.
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, or trials.
• Maintain case management documentation.
• Prepare legal pleadings and documents.
• Assist with USCIS interviews and grant compliance reporting.
• Supervise legal assistants and conduct consultations.
• Engage in community and agency projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Texas or Federal License Attorney.
• Minimum one year of immigration law experience; two years of legal practice preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Minimum two years’ experience in law, including civil, family, criminal, or immigration.
• Knowledge of legal procedures, research, and document preparation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
