Job Description- Manage a litigation docket of personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
- Work closely with paralegals and legal support staff to drive cases forward
- Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Prepare cases strategically from filing through resolution or trial
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Texas Bar license required
- Experience handling personal injury litigation matters
- Comfortable managing discovery, depositions, and court appearances
- Strong organizational, communication, and advocacy skills
- Trial experience is a plus but not required
- Base salary of $150,000 plus 12% base against commission on legal fees
- $15,000 retention bonus
