This role requires experience handling personal injury cases in litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and court appearances.

• Manage a litigation docket of personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Work closely with paralegals and legal support staff to drive cases forward
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Prepare cases strategically from filing through resolution or trial

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar license required
• Experience handling personal injury litigation matters
• Comfortable managing discovery, depositions, and court appearances
• Strong organizational, communication, and advocacy skills
• Trial experience is a plus but not required

• Base salary of $150,000 plus 12% base against commission on legal fees
• $15,000 retention bonus
