Paralegal

Job Summary:

XPEL is seeking a Paralegal to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The right person will enjoy a fast-paced environment and is a proactive problem solver that wants to contribute to the success of the company. We are seeking a team member that likes to balance multiple priorities. You will strive to be an integral part of a growing, publicly traded, multi-national company, will learn and grow constantly, and be supported in all steps of the process by the team and leadership.

• General corporate paralegal duties as directed by the general counsel, including:
• Records Management - file maintenance and document destruction
• Delegation of Authority compliance including preparation of documents for execution
• Insurance Policy Support - monitoring and renewal
• Corp Secretary Support - corporate records
• IP Portfolio management - tracking and renewals
• Privacy matters
• M&A support including due diligence support
• Reporting hotline support
• Real Estate support
• Other Duties as assigned

• 5 + years of law firm or in-house corporate law experience
• Paralegal Certificate. Notary is a plus
• Positive attitude and ability to re-prioritize tasks quickly
• Analytical and strong proven problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office Suite
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
