What You’ll Do
- Set and maintain Min/Max levels, reorder points, safety stock and coverage targets by item and category
- Build short-, medium- and long-term SKU-level forecasts using sales history, open orders and POs, seasonality, trends and growth, and track their accuracy

- Give Procurement clear, timely purchasing recommendations that account for supplier lead times, MOQs and container needs
- Plan initial stocking for new product launches using comparable products and available data
- Manage product-line transitions and identify excess inventory risk from changes or discontinuations
- Partner with Procurement, Product Development, Sales, Operations and Ecommerce to improve inventory utilization and help sell through existing stock
- Turn data into clear insights: what it means, why it matters and what to do next
- Improve planning processes, reporting, data accuracy and tools, and recommend better software when needed
What You Bring

- Sharp analytical, problem-solving and root-cause skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
