This position is part of the JCB Service Supply Chain team and is responsible for inventory management and data reporting activities. The role works collaboratively with the North American and Global Parts teams to support defined team and business objectives. This position encompasses multiple work streams, with a significant focus on systems such as Syncron, SAP, and Excel. The ability to learn quickly is essential, and prior experience with similar systems is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre‑employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or other quantitative field
• CPIM Certification

• Proficiency with Excel
• SAP experience preferable
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Very strong organizational, analytical & time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and to focus on details with attention to accuracy and deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills

• Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment.
